1. In the parties tab, click send IDV request

2. Click the box here to select the request you would like to cancel

3. Click cancel IDV request

4. Click cancel request again to confirm
​
​

5. You will receive this notification here stating that the identity verification request has been cancelled successfully
​
​

6. The IDV status will switch to not initiated
