1. To navigate to your forms, start by clicking on the purchase/sale/refinance documents tab

2. Click forms

3. Click into the land transfer tax forms box to select and fill in the applicable form(s)

4. Click into the sales tax forms box to select and fill in the applicable form(s)
​
​

5. Click into the e-registration forms box to select and fill in the applicable form(s)
​
​

6. Click into the miscellaneous forms box to select and fill in the applicable form(s)
​
​

7. Your forms will pre-populate the required information which has been entered in your file in Closer
​
You may edit the information by clicking on a text box
​
​

8. Click on any appropriate check box to make that selection

​

9. Here, you may print or download your form

​

10. Mortgage forms are housed in your mortgages tab
​
​

11. Add the mortgage to your file to access the available forms in Closer

​

12. Click forms
​
​

13. Here you will see the Closer forms library of the selected lender, along with your uploads
​
​

14. You can download your lender form(s) by selecting the check box beside the appropriate form(s), then clicking download
